Alpha Dog provides an informal Lure based activities event with an emphasis on fun, safety and exercise for dogs in a non-competitive environment. The undersigned is aware of risks to the dog of injury, death, property damage and infectious disease and holds Alpha Dog Events & Activities LLC or any of its assigns harmless for this event.

By signing the below, you agree to allow Alpha Dog to take and use video and pictures of your dog for promotions purposes.

Alpha Dog, as the operator of the course, has the right to stop or limit any dog’s participation due to age, body condition, temperament, weather conditions or any other factor that could affect the safety of the dog. The participant assumes full responsibility for any of their dogs’ actions.
